Ao longo dos anos, desperdicei algumas miniaturas (algumas raridades nunca mais encontradas novamente) fazendo o que vinha pela frente de uma só vez. Com o passar do tempo, resolvi criar alguns protótipos antes de executar a criação final. O fato do aerógrafo ter pifado fez com que eu tivesse de pintá-lo a mão (resultado deplorável). O interior original do HW T-Bucket ficou muito luxuoso para um rat (mesmo envelhecido posteriormente a foto com betume da judéia). A escolha do projeto foi por meio de um concurso nacional, que ele venceu, cerca de 2 anos antes da apresentação do carro e lançamento das ações populares. Fabricado pela IBAP - Indústria Brasileiras de Automóveis Presidente. Utilizava motor V-6 de 110HP, comando de válvulas na cabeça, câmbio e diferencial acoplados no cárter. O sacrifício em questão consistiu na retirada dos jogos de rodas dianteiros dos mesmos. Ao fim do projeto da SP2, me deparei com uma sena um tanto quanto "desoladora". Os dois fusquinhas sem os jogos dianteiros.&lt;br /&gt;Pesquisando alguns sites na net, eis que surge a idéia. A proposta inicial foi criar um modelo utilizando os mesmos parâmetros de fabricação dos modelos 1/1.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1º Passo: Juntar peças aleatórias de vários modelos&lt;/strong&gt; (Esta etapa foi relativamente fácil por eu&amp;nbsp;possuir um bom ferro-velho).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cabine:&lt;/strong&gt; Mini Kenwoorth 1/87 (não me lembro o fabricante)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Rodas e eixos:&lt;/strong&gt; Hot Wheels&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Chassis:&lt;/strong&gt; Dodge Charger (Greenlight)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Carroceria:&lt;/strong&gt; Madeira (Palitos de fósforo moldados)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Pintura dos chassis:&lt;/strong&gt; Tinta Tamiya preta&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Pintura de rodas:&lt;/strong&gt; Tinta Tamiya vermelha&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Carroceria:&lt;/strong&gt; Betume envelhecedor para artesanato&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2º Passo: Embora em sua origem as "latas" utilizadas eram&amp;nbsp;mesmo enferrujadas, com o passar do tempo foi-se aperfeiçoando técnicas de&amp;nbsp; adiantar o processo de envelhecimento. A primeira delas e utilizada por mim nesta mini, foi a aplicação de sal misturado em água durante 15 dias. Segue os passos do processo:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1- Remover toda a tinta da superfície&lt;br /&gt;2- Lixar a superfície com lixa 150 (por ser uma lixa mais grossa, provocará arranhões que facilitarão a aderência e penetração da ferrugem)&lt;br /&gt;3- Mergulhar a peça em um recipiente contendo a mistura de água e sal.&lt;br /&gt;4- Por cima da peça, coloque pedaços de esponja de aço (bombril). Com a evaporação da água, a esponja enferrujará liberando assim uma ferrugem com um tom mais claro e diferente da ferrugem da carcaça que possui um tom mais escuro.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3º Passo: Montagem das peças. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segue abaixo as &amp;nbsp;fotos do resultado:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; americana Rod &amp;amp; Custom, neste edição mostrava uma matéria de como construir um carro com baixíssimo investimento e sem preocupação com acabamentos como os Hot e Street Hots.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;O estilo dos Rats são carros que remetem ao início dos anos 40 e 50, porém não podemos confundir com os Hots que são carros “restaurados” na sua estrutura, porém com “upgrade” na mecânica, eletrônica etc. Os Rats são carros que poderíamos dizer, grosso modo, que são carros inacabados, tendo apenas o mínimo necessário para andar e claro frear também.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Esta tendência permite que qualquer pessoa possa ter um Rat, no Brasil naturalmente temos muitos Rats a solto nas ruas das grandes metrópoles como São Paulo que recentemente mostrou reportagem na TV de carros considerados acabados para transitar nas ruas....nada...são perfeitos para Rats...necessário apenas suplementar ou recuperar suas funções de dirigibilidade, condução e frenagem – segurança, para não ser aprendido.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;No estilo “purista” o Rat deve ser um carro produzido entre as décadas de 20 e 40, onde são retirados todos os pára-lamas, pára-choques, capo, vidros, forração interna, tudo não necessário à dirigibilidade, são incluídos assentos de preferência sem acabamento, melhor ainda se forem de caças aeronáuticos, lataria crua ou descascada pelo tempo e uso, lanternas traseiras, faróis dianteiros, pinstriping com Cruz de malta, caveiras e diversos adornos que possam “Ratirizar” o carro.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Recentemente os Ratistas tem procurado outros carros das décadas de 50, 60 e 70 como mercurys, fords, chevrolets, fuscas, kombis etc. Alguns chegam a pegar carros que poderiam ser restaurados perfeitamente, mas descascam a pintura e promovem um enferrujamento da carroceria artificialmente. Isto pode ser conseguido de duas formas:&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; a) Solução salina concentrada – pincelamento diário por até 15 dias;&lt;br /&gt;b) Percloreto de Ferro – muito utilizado na confecção de circuitos impressos (, pode ser encontrado em lojas de componentes eletrônicos), basta uma única aplicação e seu carro estará corroído, produto de fácil aplicação e seguro para manipulação.
